Play Clothes

First I want to say that I, in no way, think I am stylish in these photos but I had fun making and wearing these shorts.  You see... I don't wear shorts. The last time I wore shorts was when I was a child, which is why I made them for the "Childhood" challenge over at Sew Weekly.

My favorite activity as a child, like most children, was riding my bike... my first means of transportation.  I still enjoy riding my bike and riding my bike is the only place you will catch me wearing these shorts.  LOL.

I am excited that I made my first pockets and ironically I don't use pockets because they tend to bulge when filled and when you have a pear shape that is not a good look.

What was your favorite childhood activity?  Do you still enjoy it today?

I also wanted to let you know that when you left the comment on the linking post, your comments are set to No Reply, which means there isn't an email address attached to your blog and no one can email you back. If you ever want to change that, there is a no reply tutorial on my right side bar. Thanks again for joining in the fun!
